FOUR STEPS TO HELP YOU SEARCH FOR
YOUR PERFECT TRAINING
Step 1: Go to Homeport for All the Trainings Listings:
http://homeport.seacadets.org/secure/TrainingList.aspx
Step 2:
-
At the top of this page, you may filter the training listed. Example: if you wish to go to trainings near home, click on ‘state’ and then ‘California’
-
If you want to go to Recruit Training click on Navy Shore.
-
If you want an advanced training because you have graduated RTC, click on all the other trainings.
-
STAFFING A TRAINING: If you are interested in staffing a training, indicate to your Training Officer via email that you are requesting to staff it. Read the details before you request to register. Staffing is a big responsibility and in high demand. Many COTCs require a letter of intent—make sure you qualify. Note: You can not staff a training you haven't attended. You need to staff RTC in order to make CHIEF.
-
If you are a Navy League cadet, click on NLCC Trainings and look for NLCC Orientation. This is recruit training for Navy League cadets.
-
If you want Navy League advanced trainings because you have finished Orientation then click on NLCC Trainings and check them out
